Even though I’m a dancer (ballet, modern, belly dance) I still do a lot to maintain my weight and my abs. I’m not a dietician or anything, I just know how to stay fit.     Caffeine might reduce your cravings for a bit and give you more energy for a harder workout, but there’s not any real proof to show that long-term consumption helps weight loss. Also the caffeine might stimulate thermogenesis (one way your body generates energy from digesting food) But not enough for significant weight loss. It’s a diuretic(increases the amount you urine) The water loss lowers body weight, but you need to drink 2 cups of water for every cup of coffee or you’ll get dehydrated.

    that was like 15 tips !! lol “or something disgusting…..like twinkies”. i admit I did gain some winter weight but I’m gonna hit the gym like 5 days a week so i can get back to filming!!!! and the water tip is sooo true , THANKX AMIRA

    You should definitely take the classes, it’s a full body workout and you’ll be so toned after you do it for a while. :-)

    I think its hilarious that you and i have so much in common. I LOVE belly dancing,arabic music, bollywood music/movies. I also do some contemporary. It’s awesome that your BF does capoeira. I’m definitely thinking about taking caopoeira classes :).BTW…..the five stars have been spanked LOL
