@PeaceLuva882 hmm… how long have u been doing this for? because at first it starts off really slow, and you may not be losing weight because you are gaining muscle, to adjust to your exercise routine! so basically you are losing almost the same amount of fat as the amount of your muscle gain

@PeaceLuva882 maybe your lunch is too small so you snack throughout the day or eat more than you should at dinner. idk. just guessing.

Why is an obese out if shape speaking as an authority on nutrition?

This is one of the biggest culprits this country faces in the war against fat.

@PeaceLuva882 well i think u need to change ur excersize schedule to at least exercize 2 hours eache day and 2 x7= 14 hours of excersize a week. 3 hours is 1 pound lost. so 3 divided by 14 is 4 pounds and 1,500 calories lost in 1 week!!!.Just excersize the way i told u above and you will lose weight fast and dont eat junk food or soda

Um…it is the same one for 6, 15,25, 45, and 80 year olds. Eat healthy and excercise! No soda-no high fructose corn syrups. No candy cereals! More protein, and cut down on carbs.

Hey I’m trying to lose like 20 lbs or so (btw is it wise for a 14 yr old girl to lose so much?) and my main problem is how much I eat portion-wise and caffeine. But I’m getting headaches because I’ve stopped drinking soda and they feel better once I take a sip of RC or something. Help please?

If you are a trainer, I’d like to ask you how I can solve a problem I have had for many years and I still cannot get rid of it. I’m fit, very athletic and eat well. But every day at night or late evening I need to eat something, I woke up for it, need of sugar, something sweet. I’ve managed for some time not to do it…I work a lot mentally and do training regularly..blood values are perfect.

Hello, I suggest you to go to a nutritionist if you haven’t done it yet.
I would suggest you to eat different things every day. It’s important to vary your meals as it is also important the quality of food and the portions (not too much). Don’t forget fruit and vegetables.Drink green tea, lots of water and vary on your exercise. Important: talk with experts who can help you to fix a personalized program.
Good luck and don’t worry. Your determination is already success!

Another tip: Count your calories. This way you don’t have to eat the same thing every day, but by knowing how many calories you should consume, you can allow yourself to eat other foods as long as they fit into that count. (While losing weight, aim for no more than 1500 calories per day and no less than 1200). And don’t think of this as a diet, think of it as a life style change. A right mind set is just as important as eating right.

If you actually eat just that and exercise as much as you say, you will start to lose weight, if you’re not already. Another important thing to consider is portion size. You might be eating the right foods, but you also might be eating too much of it. While I was losing weight myself, I noticed that I didn’t have a good enough lunch, so when it was time for dinner, I ate too much. Really look into portion sizes.
