Worked okay,
After 1 day on pills I lost 3 pounds and so did my husband but we both gained 2 back the next day. Followed it for the 3rd day and lost another pound so a 2 pound total loss. Not bad but definitely not what we had hoped. I will try it again after the recommended 15 days and see if any better results.
As for the pills themselves, no side effects, no jitters and wasn’t starving.

The product worked very well and I lost a few pounds. The only downside that I found was it gave me a headache towards the end of the day.
