    @ishimoo – I am not a big lover of ropes but I do think they will work. You can do this method with almost any type of aerobic exercise. Baz

    @BazBlog You are 58 years old now!!! I still can’t believe my eyes… really! My stepdad is 15 years younger than you, yet he looks at least 15 years older than you look….. Don’t take this the wrong way, but if you ever stop what you are doing, I’m going to come over to england and bust a cap!!! But I know that’ll never happen. ;)

    @KSboyZ123 – it really is very difficult to guess. We are all different and will burn fat at different rates. You will definitely lose a fair amount. You will have to test for your self. I wish I could give you an amount but I cannot. Baz

    @copo4277 – yes of course you can. I would do the same principal. Do one lap slow, the next faster, the next faster and the last one as fast as you can. That is like a set. Just keep repeating this till you have done the distance you want to do. You can do the same with normal road running. You will burn fat if you vary the speed. That is what has been proved to burn the most fat in the shortest time. Baz

    Hey Baz, can you burn some good fat by riding a regular bike 1 /12 miles each day? I usually do it in laps, each lap being a little more than 1/4 mile. I also pedal as fast as I can on the last one.
