Hey! Thanks for this useful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I’ve heard several unbelivable things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

I drink this straight after a workout and for breakfast. I put 4 full eggs in, oats, semi skimmed milk, a bananna and a few strawberries. Blend it till smooth and then drink it. Don’t bother cooking it. If you wait a while, the oats soak up and it’s less bitty. As its a liquid it will get broken Down quicker. I love em.

@ShitMyCatsOnFire Lol…showing your shallow depth of knowledge with a comment like that. a) Roids don’t spot increase muscle size. b) this dude competes in natural, i.e drug tested competitions.

Very nice video. I was sick for about a year and gained a lot of weight along the way. I’m trying to get back to my desired weight again. I’m 6’1 trying to go down to about 205. I’ll definitely try to this workout, not only to benefit myself, but to put myself in shape as I want to hopefully begin an MMA career. Can’t do that while being fat :D .

The info on this video will help you build muscle, but it
may not help you achieve the look you’re going for. The key is to
strategically add muscle and get rid of fat so you achieve the lean,
muscular look you’re after. I happened upon a plan to get this look.
YouTube won’t allow me to post the link but you can check it out in my
    profile.

@skullkiller123 japanes styl simon fish with out cocking or fried just cut it up and wash it than you can eat it

    January 29th, 2012 at 14:45 | #35

@skullkiller123 i don’t know any food that has testosterone in it… apart from that i guess you could replace the vitamins and minerals you get from fruits.vegetables with vitamin supplements and then concentrate on a high protein/carb diet. If your working out, you need carbs for energy, so i recommend carb loading before an intense work out. After 6 o’clock you should not be eating any carb as it will most likely turn to fat.

    January 29th, 2012 at 15:14 | #36

@skullkiller123 Does this happen with all fruit and vegetables? I find quite a few of them not to my taste but they’re still important for you. Try to look into other fruits and vegetables.

    January 29th, 2012 at 15:30 | #37

@skullkiller123 I have to give this question some serious thought. I am not a nutritionist and everything I am reading fruits and vegetables are staples of a balance meal. You could go on the atkins diet where you consume mainly protein but its not a healthy long term solution. Fruits and Vegetables have high amounts of fiber which makes you feel more fuller. Hit me up on my blog I will continue looking in to this.

I have a seriouse question for you and most people dont reply which is dissapointing, I dont eat fruit or vegitables i hate the taste it makes me feel sick to my stomache, what can i eat to loose weight + gain muscle, i hear hamburgers “fresh” no crap freshly made no bread can gain muscle because apprently it has testostrone in it. so my question is what can i eat dailey other than fruit or veg.

I don’t remember this routine. Maybe I didn’t get Men’s Fitness April. The Deadlift Jump I almost laughed because for a moment I thought you would have to lift, then jump with the weight.

I like how they try to get a good concentration on all parts of the body, upper, lower, and core. I’ve seen the movement for Plate Chop before but I can’t remember where. Oh wait I remember, sailors use this movement when changing the sail. Good form as always. Great Description. 5 stars? Got to try it.
