hes probably used to this. Your muscles aren’t the only thing that adapt to your workouts. Tendons and ligaments as well over time become thicker or more durable depending on the workout. Bones as well. Bones don’t stop growing until your around mid 30′s and thats only rule of thumb for average people alike. Example. when I first started lifting weights I could bench 150lbs in 9th grade. By my senior year in high school my max was 425lbs. The body stores calicum in your bones

@pissclam1 your body is getting smaller due to the fact that muscle is more dense than fat, so your body could get smaller and stay the same weight Hypothetically…

at :44 does that exercise work the chest? I am trying to find an exercise that will specifically work the chest and not spread my shoulders…
if your really scared of the chairs collapsing onto you, put some weights on the seats lol >.> it’s an easy solution

question. ive been doing p90x for 6 weeks and ive lost about 20 pounds. my biceps are almost an inch smaller and my chest is a little more than 2 inches smaller, yet i feel much more solid and i am stronger. have i lost muscle mass or fat? any way to know the difference. my stomach fat is have gone too.
