    @r3phon you lose weight by cardio do weights and keep muscles, you cant burn off muscles by exercise.

    @gypsynitro The scale is not a good indicator of progress. Muscle weighs more than fat. So you may have lost fat, but because of lifting weights, you gained muscle. This i means that the scale will go up, and is pretty normal. As long as you are working out and have a healthy diet, use the mirror (or fat calipers) instead of the scale.

    For all you haters out there who say this video doesn’t work, it really does. Sure it may not make you lighter, but do you really wanna be lighter? I think the real problem with people today is that they want to look good even if they may weigh more than they started out. I did this for 2 months. Before I wasn’t fat, but I didn’t have any muscles. This brought me to an amazing result. Thanks Brandon. YOU’RE A SEXY BEAST!!!!
