In order to rid yourself of the extra body fat around your midsection, you need to incorporate effective cardio sessions into your fitness plan. You cannot spot-reduce the midsection by doing extra ab exercises like crunches or sit-ups. You first must burn off the body fat through proper cardio to properly define the area. Abdominal training by itself will not do much. Cardio needs to be intense enough to do the trick.     @skwerl23 also i have a glass or so of milk for the brunch snack
    an apple or banna for the 3pm snack.
    try a website like livestrong or myfitnesspal so you can track what you eat. you can breech 100g protein easy.
    at your height and weight id say 65g a day is plenty. maybe 70 if your pushin hard.

    @pinkmess311 most people dont need more protein shakes.
    if you change your diet to a protein diet you will get more than enough.
    these are some examples. look at labels for proof
    turkey and swiss sammich 13-17g protein
    3 eggs with chopped ham 20-23g protein
    tuna sandwich 10-15g protein
    chicken breast 15-20g protein

    i eat 3 eggs w. ham for breakfast
    2 turkey and swiss for lunch
    tuna sandwich before workouts (3 a week)
    chicken with pasta for dinner.
    and i get 120g protein a day

    Im a female, 5 feet 8 inches and about 125 pounds. While I am skinny, I do workout to try and get ripped and I’ve been trying to gain more weight drinking protein shakes. I will incorporate this workout into my training and tell you how it goes.

    @flamedude916 No, i know the answer, there some exercises to redeem belly fat in this vid. you can train abs but when you have a lot of belly fat no one will see. so this combo makes good ABS!!
