Man, I love your workouts. You have the same mentality as me, finding new ways to workout instead of just pushing the machines at the gym (no wrong in that I just find it hella boring). Ill def try your stuff, I need to get in better shape again.

My whole life i was overweight and was made fun of for it. I tried to lose weight on and off all the time but it never worked. Well, last april i said enough is enough and i lost 40 lbs and went from 207 to about 170. So I’m fairly skinny but have muscle since i weight train and am 6 foot 2. My new year’s resolution for this year was to get a six pack but i can’t seem to get the fat off my lower abs. my diet is clean with whole foods so that’s not the problem. What should I do? Thanks

@TheReignboy It does. But, u must get used to it and do regularly. Maintain a good diet . U may not loose 10 pounds in Week 1. But u will definitely notice a great deal of improvement in ur Body.

ride a bicycle 10 miles a day…..Kick Boxing is a great cardio workout. Playing soccer for 20 mins will help ur legs and butt to lose some of the fat
