Morning Cardio and Lower Body Workout/ Warmup

My friend Niki joined me in this clip. We started with the warmup: 1. High Knees 2. Mountain Climbers 3. Alternating Kicks 4. Floor Jacks 5 Power Squats 6. Push-up Jacks then we did our gym glute workout and finished with a floor/mat/bed workout.
