Come down to San Diego next September (3rd week) and hike Mt Whitney. I do it every year the 3rd week. 22miles, 14,496ft. The 3rd week of Sept is one of the best weeks to go.

hey guy i am a teen that just started to walk i have been walking for like a week already for like an hour a day, i am overweight but would you recommened anything to help me lose it a bit faster oh yeah FYI i did it also because i have high blood pressure nice vids!!!

This is Linda from Houston. Your video is really awesome! I LOVED it!!! Really inspiring. . I am on a modified Atkins where I do eat alittle fruit and a lot of veggies. am at 197, finally broke the platiau I’ve been on and came off of the 200 mark!! I walk my dog 3x a day for about 15-20 min. That has helped. Thank you so much for what you are doing for all of us who really need you!

Actually, a few years ago I DID notice when I ate 2 bananas in the morning I felt more full than if I had a roll with butter etc…

No need to stress! Just start by eating more of your favorite fruit! For example, if you like bananas, then just eat 2-3 or even 4-5 of them in a row when you are hungry and see how you feel! You may find yourself to be so full that there goes one of your meals! You can do this!

I used to be 220 lbs in H.S. 20 years ago. I could never walk 5 miles when I am over 380 now. How can I get started? How long do you recommend to start? What kinds of raw foods?

That weight would fall off very rapidly if you walk 4.4 miles per day! Go for it and eat raw foods to support your recuperation! Rest 2 days per week!

Hey, I weight about 250 and I’ve been thinking about walking to work in the mornings. According to Google Maps, it’s 4.4 miles. Do you think that would be too much of a strain daily?
