Q&A: How to make a career out of Nutrition and Fitness?

Question by Briana P: How to make a profession out of Nutrition and Fitness?
I would like to make a lot more of a career out of Nutrition and Fitness, but am unsure of a good path. I would like formal training/certification, but not necessarily a four-year degree considering that I’m in my late 20s and work full time now.

If I turn into a nutritionist, I don’t focus as considerably on fitness. If I turn out to be a private trainer/instructor, I never get the instruction in proper diet plan. Any ideas on what occupation or certification would be a excellent mix of nutrition and fitness?

As far as I know, neither Nutritionist nor individual trainer are protected terms, so all you need to have to do is make up enterprise cards and you are in company.

However to be at the leading of the heap, turning into a Certified Strength and Conditioning Expert must be your ultimate objective.
