Question by maltese_i_love: What is the correct nutrition and diet I must go on to “tone up” not “shed weight”?
I am 14, I am not actually harsh to my self about my body, I love myself, But I have been wanting to tone up for a although now, tone up but not lose weight, I have a fitness center and fruits and vegies, almost everything, but what diet must I be going on?
What nutrition ought to I be getitng??

Never diet plan…just get plenty of exercising…the essential is exercise and portion handle…you can consume what ever you want…specifically at 14 just do not more than do it. As for the physical exercise do something fun like softball or take a class at the nearby fitness center…these can be alot of fun.
