My friends in fat, we MUST eat better! Don’t let Nutrisystem, Right Size smoothies, Atkins, etc.. dictate to you what tunnel your Weight loss success will come through. Those work for some BUT WILL NOT WORK FOR ALL OF US. Much of weight loss is bent on individual genetics. We all have our own individual fingerprints just as we have our own unique genetic blueprint. I ran 20+ miles on a treadmill one week and LOST NO REAL WEIGHT. That WOKE ME UP to my body’s current biological rhythms. I have accepted that I have to eat healthier. MORE FRUITS and VEGETABLES.LESS MEAT, JUNK FOOD, and other high in fat foods. Exercise is great to complement but as far as the main component in weighloss, IT IS OVERRATED. I was 36 or 37 before I went a whole day with just eating frutis and vegetables with no meat, poultry included with it. Talk about determination?! see more.
I gained all the weight back in less than a year and I am at a present state where the methods that I used to use for weight lost, NO LONGER WORK FOR ME!. Guess why people? Our bodies adapt to what we do and stores a genetical record of what happens in the past. I am presently a 38yr.old male who was a good normal size and athletic like many of us in our younger days. I ballooned up to like 315-320lbs from my ideal weight of 225-230lbs. In my early 30′s, it became apparent that my metabolism was slowing and it showed! I was eating how I had always ate but my body wasn’t responding to those same habits like it used to in the past. I ran like the wind on treadmills possessed just cutting down a bit on how I ate and I lost TONS of weight. Like 80% of us..
