Sean, do you know if tatoo ink is toxic and if it affects your mucosal barrier? Does it have a constant effect. Millions of people have tatoos, are they safe? Any info you have would be appreciated.

I am no expert, but I agree with Alex that genetics has a large role to play with acne. However, some suggestions:

-Wash your face before and soon after you exercise.
-Try a combination of milk, egg and honey as cleanser/moisturizers. Keep in fridge. Otherwise, get your skin products from a health store.
-If you have oily skin, use natural oils to clean it. Not petrolatum/baby oil, it clogs pores.
-Your hormones may have a lot of influence. Naught to do, talk to a dermatologist?

Would you talk about acne and its relation with nutrition? I see many people are asking for it, as well. Id really appreciate that.

Hey! I just wanted to start out by saying I LOVE your channel. I’m a teenage girl just loving me some natural/alternative health. I wanted to know your take on acne. Now, I consider myself very healthy. I try to eat most organic foods but it may be unrealistic at my age. (no job=no money) But I also run everyday(cross country) & have acne! Would you say it’s a food allergy?

That long response was to goridesi and thegame245 about solving acne. I hope this helps both of you. Contact me for more advice and sites for reference. Peace and blessings.

Exfoliate daily or weekly depending on your skins sensitivity. Find the right detox method for you. Eat a lot of dark greens, vegetables and fruits. Drink a lot of water. Hydrate your skin with natural products. Keep your hands clean. Change pillow cases each week or each night if you can. Do some cardio exercise to get your blood flowing; it’s good to sweat also. Try a mud mask. Get a monthly or weekly facial professionally or buy your own facial steamer. Ebay has a good one for about $30.
