Weight Watchers Weight Loss Vid #15 – Get Moving Challenge!

Details of challenge: 1. Must have a YouTube account 2. Must be subscribed 3. Send me a private message letting me know you are going to participate 4. The challenge will begin today, Tuesday, March 8, 2011 and will end on Tuesday, April 19, 2011. The challenge is: Move for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 6 weeks. You must submit your exercise schedule weekly, no later than 5:00 pm, Pacific Standard time, every Tuesday until April 19. There are no rules regarding type of exercise, but you must move for 30 minutes consecutively. You may double the time on certain days if you choose, but you must exercise no less than 150 minutes a week. You must also film parts of your exercise at least two separate times per week. You do not need to show your face. Prizes will be given to the top five submissions that follow each rule. If there are more than 5 that qualify, winners will be picked randomly, and will receive a prize (prizes currently undecided). Weight Loss – Fat Loss Challenge | Fat Burning Plyometric Exercise

Jump Squats Box (Square Jumps) Flying Romans Here is my recommendation. Do this after your regular exercise session. Entry Level – Try 3 sets of 1 exercise. Shoot for 6 repetitions per set. Recover for 1 minute between sets. Intermediate – Try 2 sets of 2 exercises. Shoot for 10 repetitions per set. Recover for 1 minute between sets. Advanced – Try 3 sets of 2 exercises. Shoot for 15 repetitions per set. Rest 1 minute between sets. Try using these “Fat Burning” finisher exercises as a stand alone “Interval Cardio” workout in the morning. Do three sets of each exercise. Alternate the exercises. beginner – 6 reps intermediate – 10 reps advanced – 15 reps Remember, to eat protein and carbs together. A couple times per week when you do these “Fat Burning” finisher exercises in the morning do not eat any starchy carbs for the day. Starchy Carbs are – Brown and wild rice, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta. Stick with only veggies, green beans, salads, and or apples. Remember to use this
