Probably the most basic ways to measure one’s level of fitness will be checking their resting heartrate or some can call it average heartrate.
Generally resting heart rate is a measurement of the quantity of your heart beats per minute or BPM while you are in the relaxing state. The standard resting heart beat rate is typically around 70 bpm.
Usually, sports athletes and people that do sports or exercise regularly may have a lower resting heartbeat, because their hearts are able to function very efficiently.
Should your average heartbeat rate is above 80 bpm, then your heart might be working way too hard therefore you might not be in a very good condition.

Many people suffer from stress and anxiety in the world we’re living today and this just isn’t best for your heart. Take a few minutes break from anything you are doing and unwind yourself.
