Only the stupid/misinformed people go on a diet. If people could only realize that there are amazingly beautiful, low calorie dishes. Just ask in an indian restaurant for some low carb, low fat vegetarian dish. It’s good! It’s so good that you don’t need mayonnaise anymore. People are quite weak if they need whip cream and mayonnaise with everything. Eat something else. Teryaki sauce is more than good enough. Don’t eat carcinogenic red meat. Have some mackerel!
