i do fasting for detoxing, i enjoy it
July 12th, 2009 at 2:52 am
What are your views on fasting? Isnt that a great way to detoxify ?
July 12th, 2009 at 2:52 am
Sadly, most bottled waters - including distilled water - have Flouride in them now. Some in higher concentrations than even tap water. FDA does not require bottled water companies to tell you that via a label. Aquafina is one who has started adding Flouride. Here’s your bottle water, inc chemical waste.
Those that don’t get why you want to avoid flouride, watch the flouride deception.

keep in mind to research the raw food diet at least when u get a serious disease.
July 12th, 2009 at 2:52 am
Would drinking plenty of water detoxify the liver and kidneys just the same has taking more pills? This is free from the tap and I am sure if you keep it up, you will feel great.

There’s a difference between being a “hater” and being inquisitive.

Hey Sean
What about fasting for detox?
From a paleolithic perspective it makes sense that we should go hungry once in awhile. Perhaps that is when the body detoxes. Lots of people seem to think that. Religions tend to prescribe it as well.
July 12th, 2009 at 2:52 am
So Sean,
how does one detoxify the kidneys and the liver? Are these products the only way to detox?
I’m very much interested in doing this!!
July 12th, 2009 at 2:52 am
just a random question;;;
are you a doctor?
btw, u look real smart infront of all those books lol
July 12th, 2009 at 2:52 am
Also, don’t the kidneys normally expel toxins? It seems like it should clean itself. As far as the liver goes, I don’t see how it could detox. I mean correct me if you know how this works, but won’t it either continue to store toxins within it, or release toxins into the bloodstream / lymphatic system? The only other possibility is to chemically break toxins down, which may not be possible depending on the toxin.
July 12th, 2009 at 2:52 am
Can anyone point me to a legit scientific study that indicates that any of this detox stuff actually removes toxins. EG something conducted by a university that is controlled and studies for a particular toxin and a cleanse using a particular product? I can’t be sure but I’m a skeptic and I am still under the impression that detox formulas are essentially modern day snake-oil.

Great stuff. Haters go elsewhere.
