    im trying to get off sugar long enuff to do a detox,i need to ose weight but i noticed that i get shaky when i dont have it, what do u think can help me. Im perfectly fine i’ve been to the dr and im fine as far as my health…

    I just recently had to stop eatting meat, cause it gave me terrble stomach aches and bad digestion…
    Plus I also stopped eatting sugar sugary stuff a few days ago.
    I’ve been upset since. .-. Ohh welll.. I’ll get used to it..

    what is funny is that once i start eating Healthy, it is as IF my body crave MORE things that is bad for you “chips, donuts, jelly wutever, burgerking, etc” its crazy, i think

    if your hypoglycemic use agave nectar, its 4x times sweeter than sugar, and is low glycemic, dont use too much.

    I love chocolate. Chocolate soymilk does help in curving that chocolate craving.

    You are right , this week I let go of the sugar 6 days ago.

    The first five days were hard but I totally got through it. I used L - Glutamine and that helped.

    My face cleared up too and my stomach when down.

    I’m so glad you did this post. You are the bomb - if people stlll say that lol

    You have to inform people also Sean that some people have hypoglycemia… if they feel like they are going to pass out they better have some glucose. I do that for mine. Not sugar. Drug stores have little glucose shots and glucose lozenges, which are much better than candy or fake “chocolate flavored” sweets.

    You are right about the withdrawals, it’s a very good advice, but you must make sure it is not hypoglycemia, and not just sugar withdrawals. Just a suggestion ;)

    I was on a chocolate binge for 3 days, it clogged my arteries and had to have a colonscopy. Here’s an alternative, how about chocolate soymilk or coffee candy?

    Right on the nail! The withdrawals, you have to deal with it and tough it out! with any withdrawals, like benzodiazepine slow taper and ride the rest out!

    oh yeah, I’ve heard all about the good things with honey. I also love Stevia, and I know the FDA will not approve of it to be a food, just a supplement, for some dumb ass reason. However, I have seen it in a few food items, mostly drinks. The ones that I’ve seen it in are Sobe Life Water(the zero calorie one of course) and some kind of soda that has no artificial ingredients at all, just water, and flavored stevia and that’s it.

    pure cane sugar still can cause the high to low sugar case. use raw organic honey instead. (mankuha honey) read about the health benefits of raw honey on google.

    IF ANYONE WANTS TO UNDERSTAND BEtTER ABOUT WHAT SEAN IS TALKING ABOUT - a great book by Candace Pert, who he mentioend in the beginning, is Molecules of Emotions or How To Feel Good.
    She explains the molecular science that supports what Sean is saying. P.S. She is a PHD, has written over 230 scientific papers, and so much more!
