How many times a week and how long do you suggest walking/running on the treadmill to lose a good amount of fat? For example I’m 160 lbs and 5’9″ and I can feel some abs on my but never see them sooo i wanna lose that thin layer of fat but not lose muscle because i hear if you run too much on the treadmill you will actually lose muscle too. So how often should I run on the treadmill just to lose that body fat but keep the muslces i gain?

no way! i’ve been doing cardio first and then workout out :| but what effect does that have on the body? do u end up using fat for the workouts? and glucose for the cardio?

@Unemploymentsuxs so if i wanna lose weight i gotta do cardio first and then weights? that doesn’t make sense…

    :This is the right way:
.. If u wanna go BIG do weights first .. Then cardio .. If your not fat already…..

If your into weightloss/ fatburning do cardio first (hiit) is mostly recommended ….takes less time of your schedule….then do your weights ..

And always try to eat healthy .
Hope I made sence take care.

I find your videos very interesting, and informational! I’m going to try altering my exercise routine to strength training first, before doing the treadmill. Thanks for the tip!

wow…no wonder, lol. I’m just getting back to working out after a long time, my body is totally different from when I used to workout before…in plain english, I’m fat now. I’m surprised that I still have the strength, but I knew the fat wouldn’t just melt away lifting, so I started cardio, but of course, I do it first, then workout. the latest muscle and fitness gave the same advise, weights, then cardio. Off I go to the gym, thanks for that!
